Charles McHenry

 

 

 

After learning and improving on Information Technology in Fortune companies in the US, Charles McHenry entered the Information Technology consulting field.  In 1994 he began working as a Consulting Technology Project Manager for various clients including General Motors Corp. (Luton), Prudential Insurance Company, Foxmeyer Corporation, Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, Tandy Corporation, Trinity Industries,  TransAction Television (London), Bell & Howell (US & UK), Bank of America, Wachovia, PNC/National City Bank, MBNA,  and State Farm Insurance.

 

Since 2002 Charles has worked exclusively with financial institutions to plan, implement, and manage large, international PMOs with program financial values ranging from $30 Million to $7 Billion. These programs were developed to support global business units such as Corporate Information Security, Global Wealth and Investment, Mortgage, Small Business and Consumer Banking, Retail Banking, Global Trading, Card Services, and Network Computing Groups.

 

Charles currently serves as President and CEO of Foremost Consulting Services, and is Vice President of PMSource.  His certifications include PMP, CPISM, and SSC. Charles served for seven years on the Board of Directors of PMI’s Troubled Projects SIG, served several times as a PMI SME, was a member of the PMI PMP Item Writing Team, and the PgMP Standards Team.
