The International Project Portfolio Management Forum (IPPMF) is a not-for-profit community of practice for project, portfolio & programme management professionals across the globe.
Join the IPPMF Spain to participate in the development and diffusion of Project Portfolio Management practices in Spain, and to share knowledge and best practices within professionals who want to improve firm competitiveness throw project and portfolio management.

IPPMF Spain President – Javier Pajares
Biography
Javier Pajares graduated from the University of Valladolid (Spain) in Industrial Engineering (1991) and obtained his Ph.D. in 2001, from the University of the Basque Country.
He worked for the Spanish Oil Company Repsol (1991-96), at the Crude and Commodities Department. In 1996, he joined the University of Valladolid.
Nowadays he is Associate Professor in the University of Valladolid and Co-director of the Master in Project Management. He participates and manages research and university cooperation projects funded by Regional Government of Castile and Leon, Spanish Ministry of Education and European Projects.
He is Certified Project Manager, level C by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
Guillermo Montero is Industrial Engineer by the University of Seville (Spain), ENC (EuroNational Certificate) by University of Seville (Spain) and Fachhochscule Munich (Germany), graduated in Business Management and Entrepreneurship by Escuela de Organizacion Industrial Business School – EOI (Spain) and Advanced Management Programme by Instituto Internacional San Telmo (IESE). He is owner, project portfolio manager and president at PROINCA, a major engineering and management consultancy firm. He is Visitor Lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering at University of Seville. He is interested in developing models for Project Portfolio Management.
Adolfo Lopez is Industrial Engineer by the University of Oviedo and Ph Doctor by the University of the Basque Country. He has been involved in Industrial Facilities Projects as Project Manager.
He is Associated Professor in the University of Valladolid and co-director of the Master in Project Management. His current research interests are Project Portfolio Management, Project Monitoring and Multi-project Scheduling. He is Certified senior Project Manager, level B by the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and he is member of IPMA and PMI.
He participates and manages R&D project funded by the Government of Castile and Leon, the Spanish Ministry of Education and the European Union.
